Using Top Tracker

Accounts

• You need an account to use the authenticated parts of Top Tracker.
• Accounts can be created with email/password or by using Google sign-in.
• New email/password accounts may require email confirmation before the first login can succeed.
• You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for activity that happens through your account.
• You should provide accurate account information and keep it updated.

Your content

• You keep responsibility for the metric names, notes, and other content you add to Top Tracker.
• You should not use Top Tracker to upload unlawful content or content that violates the rights of other people.
• Top Tracker stores and displays your content so the app can provide tracking, review, and account features.

Acceptable use

• Do not misuse the service, interfere with it, or try to access it in unauthorized ways.
• Do not attempt to reverse engineer, disrupt, overload, or damage the service or related systems.
• Do not use Top Tracker in a way that violates applicable law.

Availability and changes

• Top Tracker may change, improve, pause, or remove features over time.
• We may update the service when product requirements, technical needs, or legal requirements change.
• We do not promise that the service will always be available without interruption or error.

Account suspension or removal

• We may suspend or remove access to Top Tracker if these terms are violated or if use of the service creates risk for the product or other users.
• You can stop using the service at any time.
• The app currently includes account deletion controls in Settings.

• Top Tracker is provided on an as-available basis.
• Top Tracker is intended as a productivity and tracking tool and is not medical, mental health, legal, or financial advice.
